Supplied in: Self colour or zinc plated hinge with self colour hinge bracket and stainless steel pin and hinge pin collars
Use: For containers etc, parts supplied assembled ready to weld in place. Weld-on design, bushed to suit Ø12.7mm hinge pin. Hinge pin welded to the hinge pin collars allowing rotation of the pin which increases security as it makes the pins harder to cut through.
BCP19067 brass washers are fitted on the underside of hinges as a spacer to prevent wear, paint damage and corrosion in use. They also increase security by reducing/eliminating gaps between hinges and hinge brackets/butts which makes cutting of the hinge pins/bolts more difficult (if thieves attempt to cut through the washers instead, they can spin on the pin/bolt which again makes cutting more difficult).
