Bloxwich Standard Product: Anti-Vandal Shipping Container Personnel Door
Supplied in: 3mm welded astragal, galvanised steel construction, PU foam insulated door & frame, S/Steel ball bearing hinges, Genuine HOOPLY® locks & handle & 4mm weld mesh reinforcement, optional fully certified PAS 24:2016 upgrade.
Finish: Wet sprayed with a grey primer finish, our doors are prepped to take your final paint coat on-site. We recommend painting within 24 hours of install.
Construction: Manufactured with 1mm galvanised steel door skins and 2mm galvanised steel frames this anti-vandal door also has a 3mm thick astragal welded to the latching side and top of the door for additional security.
Insulation: Insulated with polyurethane foam (also known as PU foam), the door leaf AND frame are injected with PU foam for superior insulation values and improved strength and rigidity.
Internal reinforcements: A full subframe, weld mesh, door closer reinforcing plate and additional corner struts are welded inside the door for additional strength and integrity.
Locking System: Our trademark Genuine HOOPLY® multi point locking system is installed in our container doors. The locking system is also protected with 2mm lock boxes and stainless steel tubes to protect the connecting rods. An adjustable latch keep is integrated into the strike plate and lock box to allow for on-site adjustments.
Stainless Steel Threshold: This door has a stepped stainless steel threshold, standing approximately 35mm tall.
Use: For adding an anti-vandal personnel door anywhere on a shipping container as part of its manufacture or conversion to an office, accommodation unit or home etc. Can be used with the BCP22027 Shipping Container Personnel Door Goal Post Frames (supplied separately).
